Climate-Ready Plans and Processes - Access up to $140,000 to develop climate risk assessments, adaptation plans or to integrate resilience into existing municipal systems like asset management and land use planning.

Adaptation in Action: Feasibility Studies - Receive up to $70,000 to evaluate the technical or financial viability of your next climate adaptation project before you begin

Urban forestry plans and studies – Access up to $175,000 to plan where new trees will make the biggest impact, ensuring the benefits of trees are felt by all community members.

Adaptation in Action: Rapid Adaptation Projects - Designed for smaller communities (populations under 50,000), with up to $75,000 to fund proven climate adaptation solutions like installing shade structures, firebreaks, or rain gardens.

Adaptation in Action: Implementation Projects - Secure up to $1M for larger-scale climate adaptation projects that directly reduce climate risks, such as flood defences or shoreline restoration.

Tree Planting funding– Apply for up to $10M for a new tree planting project. By expanding your tree canopy, you’ll enhance physical and mental well-being, lower health costs and energy bills, reduce flood risks and you can help revive areas affected by fires.
