Funding opportunities
Our funding helps municipal dollars go further to support strong, prosperous Canadian communities. Undertake much-needed upgrades to local infrastructure, build and renovate climate-smart buildings, kickstart local clean energy projects, build affordable housing and foster resilience by covering up to 80% of eligible project costs.
Grants are available for planning, studies and pilot projects. Loans are available for capital projects, and most recipients receive an additional grant of up to 15% of their loan amount.
