The Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) is interested in contracting with one or more organizations that will work as consultants with FCM’s Green Municipal Fund (GMF) Capacity Development team in the delivery of high impact projects to local governments in Canada. Thematic expertise is sought in communications and engagement, procurement, analysis and management, and/or energy.
