The Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) is interested in contracting with one or more organizations that will work as consultants with FCM’s Green Municipal Fund (GMF) Capacity Development team in the delivery of high impact projects to local governments in Canada. Thematic expertise is sought in communications and engagement, procurement, analysis and management, and/or energy.

Bidders must submit their proposal using the instructions in the RFP document.

Key dates

FCM will respond to all bid-related questions. Questions must be submitted by 5 PM ET on January 13, 2023. Instructions are in the RFP document.

Today FCM’s Green Municipal Fund announced a milestone for its Low Carbon Cities Canada network, shifting from start-up phase to full implementation following the final transfer of funds establishing all seven local LC3 centres in Canada’s largest urban areas.
